I'm Benjamin Richmond — founder of BJR Works.

My background spans the full licensing ecosystem: I've worked as a licensee, a licensor and an agency partner, across entertainment, FMCG and experiential IP. That three-sided experience gives me a rare understanding of how expectations, incentives and pressures differ on each side of a partnership — and why so many licensed deals lose momentum after they're signed.

I've led licensing and partnership projects with global brands, production houses and sourcing teams across Europe, the Far East and North America — generating millions in licensing revenue, driving significant royalty growth and delivering award-winning activations in retail, food & beverage and consumer products.
