My background spans the full licensing ecosystem: I’ve worked as a licensee, a licensor, and an agency partner. This three-sided experience gives me a rare understanding of how expectations, processes and pressures differ — and why so many licensed projects lose momentum after the deal is signed.

I’ve led licensing, product development and partnership delivery across entertainment, FMCG and experiential IP, working with global brands, production houses and sourcing teams across Europe and the Far East. My experience ranges from opportunity evaluation and rights acquisition to approvals, supply chain coordination, stakeholder alignment and in-market activation.

BJR Works exists to support licensees through the part of the journey that matters most: turning a signed agreement into a successful partnership. I provide structured project management, clear communication and disciplined delivery — reducing friction, strengthening relationships with licensors and protecting the integrity of the IP.
